Bidrage med feedbackI’ve been coming to this location for a while. I went there 4/11/24 at around 9:30pm. There was a curly haired older heavier Hispanic woman working the line that I’ve seen in there before. Everything was fine until it came time to pay. They are card only and I tried tapping, swiping, and inserting my card but I could tell it was the machine since it would tell me to remove my card before it even had the opportunity to read it. I tried explaining to the lady that on my end it’s making it like she needs to press something in the register because it’s not my card it’s their machine. She proceeds to tell me there’s nothing she can do as if there was much that she did to resolve the issue in the first place. I asked if there was a manager or someone who could take a look because the payment issue isn’t on my end and I’m trying to pay for the food. She tells me the manager is gone and it’s not her problem. At this point I’m very upset because she’s implying there’s nothing she’s going to do to allow me to pay for this. I let her know I know they don’t accept cash but if there’s no one to get the machine working I have it available I just want to pay the bill. She laughs in my face and tells me it’s not her problem. Mind you this woman is probably in her 50’s and her acting nonchalant about taking payment in an establishment that she works in is insane. Finally someone in the back overhears us and clicks a few buttons on the register and what do you know my card goes through just fine. I was respectful until she wasn’t and expected me to walk out with no food when I had several different ways I could pay but it “wasn’t her problem.” I will never be back and qdoba will never stay in business with employees like that. She’s been there for a long time but she’s got to go because clearly she’s sick of the place. Unbelievable.
Wife and I went here tonight for the BOGO deal. It was super busy with approximately 30 customers waiting and only 3 people on staff. There were a couple of unhappy patrons expressing their displeasure of having to wait, but the staff kept their cool and remained professional while providing exceptional customer service. Amazing! Thank you.
It would have been a dine in, but we arrived 40 minutes before closing and were told that because they were about to close that we couldn't use the dining area.. I could understand if we were arriving five minutes before closing, but that wasn't the case. Food was good, service was lacking..

Long story short; Go to Cafe rio or Chipotle?Food was okay; not great. Service wasn’t good. Employees were not patient with us while choosing what we wanted to eat. And they mistakenly charged my mom for my plate.
