Kfc - Enterprise

Carl, the manager was great! He ensured that my family from 7, traveling from Florida home to Kentucky was satisfied with our meals and on us often also during short staff and busy! Today we remembered my father, from COVID-19 in 2020, whose favorite fast food restaurant was KFC. Carl's service made our fast lunch a special memory. In any case, the next time we go through. Keep the excellent service Carl!

I love KFC chicken. I have original two-piece dark with cream potatoes, Gravy and Coleslaw. I have no teeth so that the Coleslaw is a bit difficult to chew, but had a good taste. The engraving tastes good, cream potatoes were also good. The chicken is a little fat, and that's a problem I always had with KFC. It was juicy and tender.

So I was here six days ago, they were crazy busy, but still managed to get food out. They were very respectful. I feel bad for the one lady waiting for a door order. She was rude, but they could remain very respectful to her. Keep the guys working and go on thong doing great!

From chicken meat one day, not the next for some reason, although it was three hours before their closing time. Wouldn't be so bad, but super rude at the same time. I understand that this is a difficult time for the service industry, but friendliness goes far.

We have came to this KFC several times and our experiences are never satisfactory. Either they are missing items from their menu or customer service is not up-to-par. I would be cautious about coming to this location and please be sure to check your bag before leaving the store if you do!
