If they are looking for excellent Arrack era, they have to eat here on Tuesday or Thursday when they have a great lunch at a very reasonable price, on these two days arrachera is served with papas friijoles and a green byalate with fresh. tomato slices, the arrachera is the best I had in most restaurants and certainly the best in a bar! el serape bar is just a bar, but the arrachera lunch is an excellent value at about $10 usd. not with the cold cerveza!

Me gusta muchisimo la comida que preparan los martes y jueves, sobre todo el ribeye y esos taquitos de papa pero lo mejor de todo es el precio. excelente con un par de cervezas mexicanas...

There are 3 bars. the central (smooth) is where the hombres hang. it is not a bar for a single woman to go...unless on Tuesday and Thursday 1:30 5pm this is the best meal deal in ensenada: a rib-eye steak boiled...outside prepared on a grill to wish her a baked kartoffel with sour cream, salat, bon and a burrito for 60 pesos. Thursday replace spaghetti for the kartoffel. Tuesday all they eat carne asada with tortillas for 20 pesos. Make sure to tap the cook separately from your bar tab or they will not be welcome next time. the other males are mostly Mexican businessmen and rancher; a sprudel of colorful expats. Spanish is necessary to enjoy the repartee. mariachis, shoe shines and roses, beautiful and friendly barkeepers, great eating. fun. the sky room bar
