Mcdonald's - Ennis

What time does mcdonalds open? 7am it's supposed to. Waiting at the drive though from 6.55 drive through didn't open till 7.05. Then was told please pull up to the waiting area. Waiting till 7.20 for a breakfast roll meal. Was given my coffee at the counter obviously that was cold wen my I got my food. And what's the deal with not giving out napkins anymore?? Very bad experiance all round.

2nd wrong order given out over 10 visits in the last 2 months. Rang to complain told sorry call in to have it rectified. I was 5 Miles away then.... no good to me. Recent visit given 3 tender meal but ordered and paid for 5 tender meal. Called again several times fone rang out 7 times within 40 min. Had enough... won't be goin back.

Everybody knows that McDonald's is meant to be the place, where customer can expect same flavours and same level of service. Well, McDonald's ENNIS is not the same! It is the best! Popped into for a quick breakfast while exploring beautiful county Clare and was pleasently surprised by how dedicated are people who work there! Breakfast was perfect and customer service was outstanding! Cleanliness of the whole place is to be proud of! Honestly, I think it is cleanest McDonald's restaurant in Ireland, and I've been to good few of them! I mean it! Clean tables, seats, floors, inside and outside of the restaurant, even lampposts are being regularly cleaned! People who work at McDonald's ENNIS, make this place different!

Forgot items AGAIN in drive thru. Not the first time either. Are the staff purposefully taking the items for themselves? As I am clearly not the only person with missing items.

Drive through has massive delays as staff do not move people to waiting bays. Consistent problem.
