Papa Johns Pizza - Englewood

Went in to get a pizza and Preston welcomed us in and treated us so great!! He was friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help us with good deals they were offering. Because he was so great we will be coming back for good pizza!! Preston, you rock!!

Don’t order from this location. Waited two hours for an order that never showed up. Manager claimed it was Uber Eats fault but I can guarantee the pizza was never even made because they didn’t feel like doing work at 10PM on a Friday.

Forgot a pizza during the SB. Incredibly rude when I called to report it.

I ordered pepperoni pizza and some bread sticks and Boneless parmesan garlic chicken and Chocolate brownie, The pizza was just cooked right, Boneless parmesan garlic chicken is to die for it's so good!!! And don't get me started on the brownies there are so gooey and warm just delicious!! The guy that took my order who was super friendly and the guy that delivered the food was amazing as well and Thank you to the cooks as well, You guys are awesome!!!! And also the delivery didn't take forever they're on time even though the weather was so bad out they made it on time the food was hot I just want to point that out.

Pizza was delivered to the neighbor's house. The woman who answered the phone was adament that I entered the address wrong and started to give me a lecture. Meanwhile, I just was searching for the restaurant number in the app and getting frustrated, so I went off at her because I verified my address on the app before ordering.I believe that's the address they had, but it would have been a technology failure, and I didn't deserve a lecture. I shouldn't have hopped down the gal's throat, I agree, but I lose my temper quickly when I am spoken to like a child.The food was fine. It always is, but I won't be ordering from this location again.
