I've been looking for home to see green beans, and the mac and beeping as if it was sitting there a dae, but the huh was good anyway. this was Saturday at 7:30 possibly a bit ahead
The automated voice that takes your entire order at the speaker in the drive through is horrible. It takes way longer than a regular person. Food was not that warm.
Ordered online and waited 20 minutes once we got there. Order was missing the sauces and the butter for the biscuits. Food was pretty good. I will probably try another location these folks were stressed.
Love going to Lee's. My favorite chicken joint to go to. I will say that I was surprised that they have an automated voice that takes orders now in the drive thru. Make sure to ask for sauce you want over the drive thru because it doesn't prompt you and they'll automatically give you BBQ it seems
Ordered through door dash. Took 2 hours to even get the food. When it did arrive, every single thing I ordered was missing something. I called the store directly, and the manager who was working at 6:32 pm on January 15, 2022 told me ain't nuttin I can do about it. You have to contact door dash And THEN HUNG UP ON ME. It took everything in me not to go up to the store. But I instead let cooler heads prevail, contacted door dash, and got a full refund. I can't say I will not eat Lee's again, but it will be in person. So if they want to be disrespectful, at least they'll have to do it to my face.I see that the owner is reading and responding to these comments. I wont tell you how to run your business, but as a business owner myself, I'd send that manager packing and not even hold the door for her on her way out
