Bidrage med feedbackI placed an order at this restaurant two weeks ago and was impressed by the excellent and friendly customer service. The overall quality of the food was good. However, the chicken and vegetables were a bit bland, while the orange chicken was very tasty. Personally, I would have preferred the orange chicken to be less sweet. Despite this, I would still be willing to order from this restaurant again.
Incredible! Fantastic! After 12 years in Denver, and being disappointed by local Chinese restaurants for the first three years, we gave up... until today. Luckily, we decided to try Hoongs... the Trip Advisor reviews were right on point!! The restaurant is beautiful, with upscale decor and top-notch service. The food was incredibly fresh, delicious, and satisfying!! We tried the Lemon Chicken, which was the best I've ever had. We also tried the CHOW FUN, a dish with beef, egg noodles, onions, carrots, and it was absolutely amazing!!!! And lastly, the COMBO FRIED RICE, a dish that others have failed at, but not here. This Fried Rice was fresh, packed with chicken, veggies, pork, and jumbo shrimp!! The best we've had in our 12 years in Denver. We had to write this review because there is so much to choose from on their menu, whether you like spicy, hot, mild, or traditional. They offer a variety of soups, appetizers, and entrees!! Highly recommended. If you enjoy Chinese cuisine, this place is a must-visit and worth the drive, no matter where you are!!!!
This is the top spot to dine in this small area of Centennial! The food is exceptional, and they offer a full bar with plenty of excellent choices. I experienced a small wait on a Wednesday evening, which was a bit annoying, but it only confirmed how great the restaurant would be and I was correct! I will certainly return the next time I am in the area.
Been going to Hoong's for probably over 10 years now. Their Beef Chow Fun is to die for and the service there is always fast and friendly. Definitely not a fast food Chinese place, you pay for good quality meals here!
Easily the best Chinese food that isn't in Aurora or on Federal. Every dish has been delicious. My favorite is the tofu hot pot, which says a lot since I'm not anywhere close to being a vegetarian. It's piping hot perfection in a clay pot, filled to the brim with tofu, vegetables and bean thread noodles. No matter how busy the restaurant gets, and it is often at full capacity, the service is fast and the food comes out quick. It's best to go with a group and eat family style so you can sample more dishes. However, ordering a lot and having tons of leftovers just for yourself is not a bad idea either!
