Company 7 Bbq - Englewood

Had dinner Saturday night 3/18/17 the food was ok, but the service was terrible, Waitress was rude, gave us our drinks when we came in, but never checked again for us, We had them down to place from order. We've been waiting for our food for the kitchen staff to serve us. No one offered us refills, apparently a dietary coke should last over two hours! We had to fly them back. I smiled from her would have killed her. Oh, yes, there was no manager either. Just a simple explanation why such a long wait would have gone a long way. I will never go there again and I live in Englewood I will travel next time to Tip for bbq

Despite asking our waitress five times for refills during our lengthy stay, we received nothing but a blank stare. The waitress, a larger woman with streaked blue hair, did not introduce herself. I became frustrated and was about to leave when she finally noticed us and came over to say something along the lines of "you don't know how to steal." I asked to speak with her manager, who continually apologized for her behavior but admitted he didn't understand what was going on with her. I really feel for the owners of this establishment. Poor service, small portion sizes, and subpar quality will inevitably drive them out of business.

My husband and I had an early dinner there today, and while the food was really good, we were disappointed by the cleanliness of the table. The BBQ sauce bottles were messy, and the bathroom floor was sticky.

We asked our waitress for drink refills five times during our lengthy visit, but all we received in return was empty promises. Frustrated, I approached the manager to express my concerns, and he apologized repeatedly, admitting he didn't know what was wrong with her. It's unfortunate for the owners that such poor service, coupled with small portions and low-quality food, could drive them out of business.
