I ordered my food through the mobile app, but unfortunately, when I got to my car, I realized that my order was wrong. When I went back to the restaurant to ask about the mistake, the cashier acknowledged that she knew it was incorrect but did not communicate this to the person preparing the order. The manager eventually credited the cost of the wrong item, but it was disappointing that they did not seem bothered by the error. I used a birthday coupon for my order, so I appreciated the apology but the lack of attention to detail and customer service was not acceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Prices are so ridiculously high here! I have a children's quesadilla and a bowl of queso and I remember the sum of about 9-10 dollars for the same, but the whole last night came to 17 dollars. then come to find out a bowl of queso is $9 that is ridiculous. the bowl of queso was more expensive than my meal itself. never go until the prices fall!
I've been going to this moe since she was opened in our city, and in the years I've just looked at how it's in operation. I've never written a review of everything for eating, but that made me so angry. I am a creature of habit, I never change my order, and it was always a big burrito, but now it's nothing else than brot with a few beats. I get that I don't evade and drill, but the standard is now not adding extra toppings to fill out the rest of the burrito, they keep it junior size.
I decided to give Moe's another chance, despite getting sick there years ago. Not much has changed, except I didn't get sick this time. The food was okay at best. My bowl was decent, but the chips were stale. I would recommend saving your money and going to Chipotle instead.
