Minuscoli Modern Bakery - Endine gaiano

Minuscoli is our favorite breakfast around Sovere. The cappuccino and brioshes are always wonderful. The freshly baked bread is also excellent. We go there all the time to buy breakfast and bread.

We were for a trip on Lake Iseo and we came by chance over this modern small café. The food was great and the coffee was fantastic. Prices reasonable and staff was attentive. Perfect start for our day. We took a few... cakes and pastries (Pasticcini) away, which were delicious, don't give this a miss.

First, the service is not existent. We waited for a while to the table, which was strange because there weren't many people at all. The ladies were more on cleaning and washing cups than actual customers. Being present is also important when... working under the public. The female servers seemed more like cleaning ladies. A little make-up and clean hair makes miracles in a bakery. The only professional was the male server that actually served as the only one. The pizza we ordered was boiled and tasteless. We only ate it because we were hungry and it took so long order and heat. It was a stone in our stomach all day. I look forward to this facility due to the big reviews, but now I'm wondering. It won't come back.

Ottimo locale per bere un aperitivo sempre servito con abbondanti stuzzichini, servizio veloce. All’interno si possono trovare delle chicche di gastronomia, e piccola pasticceria!
