Chick-fil-a - Encino

I found not one but two hairs in my food. They were very nice to remake it but it ruined my experience. I know it was not my hair because mine is red, and the hairs I found were black.

Always the best customer service ever. The employees really go above and beyond just to make sure the customers are welcome and have a great experience. They never disappoint me. The food is always hot and great.

My nuggets were over cooked and they charge you a 10 cents bag fee

In person. I had confirmed my order before. she said she always did. (Looks like I remembered her. but okay. forget the 3rd pommes. no serviettes in the bag. we were back after we realized they were screwed. they were rude to my mother and then I had to go back a 3rd time because they forget the chic dirty sauce and serviettes again.

Great place if you park and order out front, the traffic off Ventura can get pretty hectic depending on what time you visit. I ride a motorcycle, so I just go around everyone, and I'm always in n out quicky.
