Naked Cafe - Encinitas

Just found this little gem. So hard to find a place that has good vegan breakfast options, but they do a great job. Great vegan French toast, servers were nice and answered our questions, new patio in back was very pleasant. Definitely be back again soon!

Almost everything on the menu can be made Vegan. The menu is clearly marked with Vegan options, and substitutes. The crispy burrito was delicious. I substituted egg whites with Tofu. We enjoyed pancakes, French toast, and oatmeal as well.

I really enjoyed my meal. they have a side option that makes it easy for people to create a plate with vegan options. her menu also says that they are very willing to change dishes to make it vegan. the only thing is when I ordered drilling, it came up with cheese I removed. I would tell them to make it totally vegan.
