Cancun Mexican Seafood - Encinitas

They have some of the best Shrimp Ceviche Tostadas I've ever had. And I coupled it with a nice, cold Corona beer and I was a happy camper! By the way, the whole staff from the cashier to the cook to the owner were all very friendly. We've become regulars!

After we got over the surprise of location, we are glad we tried this restaurant. Clean and friendly staff. I had the shrimp burrito and hubby has chili verde combo plate. Excellent food, large portions and great prices!
