It shouldn't take 20 mins in drive-thru when your the only vehicle there...once I understand. Twice maybe. Every single time. You can see through the window nobody does anything. There is one person that cooks and the rest will stand there like it a union hall. There is no leadership or cross training to speak of from just observation...This use to be and could be a great place again if someone was hired to train and manage these kids alot better....so sad ? I like dairy queen but this one's gonna die soon if it doesn't get its act togethee.Vegetarian options: Salads
