Gabriel Pizza - Embrun

I am writing this review specifically about the service at this restaurant. My son was not feeling well and really wanted to order their Canadian pizza. We had never ordered from this location before, as we were regulars at another pizza shop just down the road, but unfortunately, that place has closed. When I called this restaurant, I was told that they do not deliver to our location because it is too far. I was surprised that one business would deliver and another would not, especially since they are right next to each other. Even though our location is in a rural area with farmland, I believe they should still deliver to us. I am very disappointed with their lack of willingness to accommodate us. We will not be giving this place another chance, as we have found another restaurant in a nearby town that delivers without any issues. It is clear which business has won our loyalty and will continue to receive our recommendations. Goodbye, Gabe's.

The pizza at this restaurant is generally good, although it could be improved at times. The customer service is decent, but they are not always able to take orders promptly during busy periods, which can be frustrating for dinner service.

I was very disappointed with my takeout order from this restaurant yesterday. Unfortunately, they did not inform us that their store does not offer the same items as the online menu or the regular menu at Gabriel's. We ordered a spicy donair pizza, but instead received a sandwich that was sliced into four pieces. However, it was more of a chicken sandwich rather than a donair. The chop salad we ordered, which was supposed to have various vegetables including chickpeas, turned out to be a Caesar salad with garlic dressing. The combination we ordered was more like a pepperoni and cheese pizza, and the cheese bread did not seem authentic from Gabriel's. I will not be dining here again.

I live here in Embrun and it's definitely the best pizza place around. I usually get a blues fest pizza which has BBQ sauce and chicken on it. It's a family favorite since we had it the first time a year ago. Chicken bites are good too, at least it's real chicken.

Heard average reviews and word of mouth.Friday night ordered there walk in specials with drinks.Food was fast pizza was average.Lots of toppings.Crust was a little undercooked but good.I will eat here again
