I liked the repair man I thought he was a interesting guy. Please don't retire! If I could post his name I would. I first met him when he fixed our Speed Queen washer. I thought he was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He also fixed a water leak in our refrigerator which was a nightmare problem. If I had tried to fix it myself I would have replaced the solenoid valve and wasted a lot of money instead of replacing the plastic tube that had the leak. The prices they charge are slightly better than having the GE repairman walk through the door. One of the big advantages of calling AAA is that in general they have a better response time than which may take a couple weeks to get a repairman to walk through the door from the day you call them with the problem.
