Arby's - Elwood

Ordered 9 piece chicken and fries 9 different times. Only got 9 pieces once. Apparently staff cannot read, or count. Or both. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I probably don't have enough characters to describe how terrible this Arby's was today! I ordered and after 35 minutes of waiting finally went up to the counter to inquire about my order, but the same person who took my order was helping someone, so I waited for them to finish. When they did, I stepped up, but that lady looked at me and turned and walked away. I never saw her again. Finally one of the young men from in back came and asked what I needed and when he found out I hadn't received my order and saw how long it had been, they jumped right on it. In fact I had no more than returned to my booth when he called my name with my order! However, the fries were cold, and the Chicken, bacon, swiss sandwich was missing the bacon and the swiss, and the chicken had been around back there for quite a while! I'm diabetic and needed to eat, so I ate what I could and left! I guess there are bad days for everyone, but I wasn't the only customer who waited a long time to get their food! VERY DISSAPOINTED! We won't be back. All we wanted was a few roast beef sandwiches. When we went to order them, the lady said they were out of roast beef. SERIOUSLY? You are out of the item that you are known for? That's your signature item and you are out at lunch time(12:00). I told the lady to scram, and she got very upset and said I could off and leave. I told her no u and left. Lessthan 1 star if I could.
