I actually didn't go to Annie's Pretzels. They are located inside Walmart. I am lactose intolerant so I don't eat their Pretzels anymore. This is why the rating.

Fun Night for Twin Valley Girl Scout Troop 1400 making creative pretzels together via Zoom! They tasted amazing and the girls had so much fun!

I encountered a very rude woman- I don't recall her name, but she's using a mobile scooter for her leg...I was attempting to place my order was told the nuggets would take about 10 minutes. I just asked if I could have a cinnamon pretzel instead she was like I said THE nuggets would not be ready..1st of all I was placing my order completing my transaction with the man the register who I initially encountered. Secondly, there was no need to be so rude and condescending- just informative. Bye to this location... 👏

Ordered for delivery. kids were excited. waited the 40 minutes described just to get a phone call after delivery time passed there was a mistake and we are not getting our pretzels. very disappointed. never dealing with auntie Anne's again!!! my payment went thru but I have to wait 5-7 days for a refund? you took my money instantly but i have to wait for a refund!!?? poorly run!
