Driving back from Lagos to a night stop in Cáceres before heading for the Santander Ferry we were determined to have a last lunch in Portugal, before having to eat late in Spain. Siempre que vamos nos relamemos. Comida tradicional, contundente, infalible y a veces demasiado abundante (es una pena que sobre comida tan rica. ¿Se aprovecharán los restos? Esperemos que si). El bacalao con natas el mejor que hemos probado, y eso que vivimos en Oporto durante un año. El arroz tamboril (con rape) delicioso y la cataplana espectacular. Soy más del cilantro que del perejil. El ritmo, incluso la programación de la tele es distinta a España (por suerte). Los postres a la altura de la repostería del país.
