Jim Pete's Pizza - Elmwood Park

We went for pizza clams stuffed Artichoke. Food was delicious as usual. Service was Good, A little slow but was to be expected, since it was sweetest day and they had a few big groups/parties. Over all it was great

EXCELLENT FOOD. Follow up service by our server was practically non-existent. We had to flag staff for add-on requests. Wasn't horrible but would have been better if our server stopped over every so often to check on us. We had ravioli, black ink pastapesce, chicken broccoli alfredo and an excellently paired bottle of J.Lohr cabernet sauvignon.

I catered a luncheon there using the outside venue and it went very well. The food was delicious and the calamari was superb. I highly recommend and will come back again. I have seen the restaurant for years and never went in. I found out about it byinvitation from another event.

I had take out tonight and it was awful. The meatball sub didn?t include any cheese and the bread was very stale (my tooth hurts from tearing it! .

Usually every time we visit Chicago it was really good, but this last visit, the food was so salty even the pizza. We had lasagna, spaghetti, and a large pizza all of it was so salty. We were shocked and most likely will not visit the place for awhile. Another problem with the place is that it only has 1 bathroom. It is a decent place to hold events but if they were tohost it, they would have more than 1 bathroom (1 stall). The staff is nice and the place is decent but I wouldn't hold an eventthere.
