Bidrage med feedbackI don’t recommend this place. They made a mistake and didn’t gave me a solution. Manager is rude. I ordered a chicken bbq pizza and well done. Upon opening the box the pizza was flooded with bbq sauce. I’m not exaggerating. It was so much that nobody at my house was able to eat it. I called and explained in a very polite manner the issue and requested a solution. Without hesitation the manager blamed me. The manager didn’t apologize even once. I explained that I’m a regular customer and I had always ordered this pizza with no problems. I requested a rain check for a next time or refund me the points I used for the pizza or credit for another pizza. The manager refused to my request which I find fair and reasonable. Upon getting rejected several times I decided to leave this review. I have attached pictures as proof of the extra sauce that is on the pizza and that it was not well done (meaning well cooked).

I had ordered from this particular branch multiple times in the past, but I won’t ever order from this one again. I put in an order online, pulling up the tracker that was accurate before. The tracker said my order was completed, but I hadn’t heard the doorbell as I indicated in my Notes section. I called the store and spoke to the manager, who told me in a rude tone that the pizza wasn’t delivered even though the tracker said otherwise, and the driver would call me when he did deliver it as that was store policy. I waited half an hour with no call or delivery, and called back again. The manager repeated that the driver would call when it was delivered. I waited another half hour; by this time it was over two hours since I put in the order, and the store is ten minutes away, so there was no reason why this should be taking this long. I called one more time. The manager finally decided to check in with the driver, who had just returned. He said the address where he dropped off the order, and I told him that was the wrong one. He insisted it was correct, and I told him to look at the receipt of my order, because it clearly showed the correct address. He didn’t call me when he supposedly dropped the pizza off at the wrong place, the tracker was incorrect the whole time, and the manager was unprofessional and not holding her employees accountable. I had them refund my money because even though they offered to remake the order, I didn’t know if I would even receive it. Do not order from this location unless you want to waste your time and money.

Ordered from this Dominos and not only they brought the pizza cold but they had “updated” on the site that the pizza was delivered and it was not after an hour placing the order called and told them pizza was not delivered and it showed it was… employee said driver wouldn’t leave without calling and that pizza was on the way… horrible service cold pizza pizza burned … HORRIBLE!
