The Sunday brunch was fantastic! Mother Nature cooperated with a warm, sunny day with no wind for brunch, then a light wind after we ate. The food was very good, and the drinks were cute. Excellent time for solo or group outings. I’m local and trying to find excuses to do this more often.

Captain Michelle was the best for our sunset cruise on my bachelorette party! She was so kind and FUN! Highly highly highly recommend cruising with her.

We took the sunset cruise on the Scout with Captain Michelle and had a fantastic time. We started with a little bit of rain that tried to dampen our fun, but so glad we decided to go anyway. Captain Michelle was able to sail us to areas on the bay that were a bit lighter, and eventually the sun even poked out at just the right time. Overall, it was fun and very relaxing, and Captain Michelle was a great host. We highly recommend the sunset cruise!

The Manitou is a really enjoyable way to see Traverse Bay! The ship sails along quite smoothly, even with a bit of wind picking up some small waves. The crew is really knowledgeable and friendly. The Captain is extremely experienced with this ship and is very personable. (Pro tip: tell him a good joke, and he'll let you navigate her. (What do you call a lackadaisical lycanthrope? An unawarewolf. We took the 3PM ice cream sail, on August 3rd. The skies were quite dramatic looking, but the Captain got back to the dock just before a very intense storm cell with high speed winds and driving rain passed over. Marvelous time as always sailing on the Manitou, it was good to be back aboard! A ride on the Manitou is just one of those iconic symbols of Michigan; I highly recommend sailing on her!

This was great! We had so much fun. Captain was excellent and nice. He let the my son sail the boat. We did the live music cruise, and I have to say, it was much better than I expected! Yes, the music was really good! Five stars.
