Lena Dominican Restuarant - Elmont

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I went in person not acknowledged, servers in their own conversation, I walked out. I gave them another chance by ordering food to deliver ,after waiting for an hour I called to see the status of my order, was put on hold for 20 min. With no one coming back to the phone and was hung up on, called back to be hung up each time! Will never frequent this establishment again, don't care how good their food my be!!

Terrible customer service. Lots of eye rolling and slacking, food took forever as well.

Food and drinks was great. Our waitress was really nice and patient with my group. I also enjoyed the Bachata music.

We chose this restaurant based on the good reviews and the pictures, and it didn?t disappoint! The food was very good with generous portions. The waitstaff was very attentive. ?

The food is ok, but the customer service is HORRIBLE, especially for black customers. I gave them a few opportunities, and they were consistently unpleasant short responses, disregarded us when other non black customers walked in, etc.
