Burger King - Elmendorf

Too expensive for what they get and the personal does not seem to really care. I received a gift card from my sister and wanted to use it, but they did not seem to know how to do the transaction, and I had to pay cash, bad experience, and I will not be back or recommend this location to 37S/1604.

If i could I would leave no stars at all been to this location twice and I have not been able to put an order in because nobody answers the speaker box you literally need to call them just so they can tell you they are closed when they still have a whole hour left. Worst customer service. They honestly don't care about the customer they rather clean and go home.

Very Rude workers and then the meal was a complete joke extremely disappointed I spent $30 on a family bundle that was just a disappointment ?Found a hard possibly piece of plastic and something else weird in a few different chicken nuggets

Second trip here in the past week. My order couldn't have been more messed up. Burgers weren't made the way we requested. Fries were not hot, and the sweet tea was warm with no ice. Paid over $20 for a meal with an extra sandwich, and was completely disappointed.

At the end of the day its burger king. They do offer low carb though so thats nice.
