K - Elmendorf Air Force Base

Kinley’s never disappoints! I’ve been here multiple times, and each visit is as delightful as the last. The beet salad with walnuts was simply delicious, perfectly balanced with a fresh, earthy sweetness and a delightful crunch from the walnuts. The risotto with halibut cheeks was another standout — the halibut cheeks literally melt in your mouth, paired beautifully with the creamy risotto. The filet mignon was top-tier, cooked to perfection, and you could tell the quality of the meat was excellent. For dessert, their flourless chocolate cake with raspberry coulis was rich and decadent, a must-try for chocolate lovers. The service was outstanding as always, and Kristie, our waitress, was phenomenal. Her care and attention to detail truly enhanced the dining experience. Kinley’s remains a favorite, and I’ll definitely be back! I truly believe it’s an Anchorage hidden gem.

Kinley’s has always been great food and service. Only thing lacking tonight was a water refill.

The specials are always worth trying even though there are so many delicious items on the regular menu.

I haven’t been here in a while but always loved the halibut burger. Dinner was fantastic the service excellent, not too noisy (we didn’t sit in the bar). We had the calamari, it was delicious. I had the halibut BLT the burger and the fries were delicious . My daughter had the rockfish, she liked it but says it could use a little more seasoning, there’s a sauce that accompanies it, she thought the sauce was ok.

The only negative was our server changed in the middle of service . That being said both were great, but it was a bit disjointed changing when you have repoire with a server and a plan then a new one just steps in . I’ve been to Kinleys often and never experienced that before . I don’t prefer it even though they were both great on their own
