Tossed - Elmbridge

I stopped off at the services in search of a healthy lunch and found Tossed. What a delight. The menu was clear, pricing very reasonable and as I am a member of Slimming World currently, the calorific value of meals. I ordered a Superbowl for £5.99 and it was packed full of everything I can eat on my diet and was delicious. I also stopped en route home again and was in time for breakfast. I ordered porridge with blueberries and agave £1.99) and it was the nicest porridge I have ever tasted. It is just a shame that I live in the Midlands and Tossed has not quite expanded there yet. I felt sorry for the customers queuing for Mc D's and KFC as they had no idea what they were missing.

Enlightening to find such a healthy option at the services. Delicious mix of food and Dean was great patient with my child re her order (Bank hols Monday 706pm)

Really enjoyed my chicken and chorizo salad. On a hot day travelling along the motorways it was nice not to have to eat fast food and to enjoy something a little healthier.

Luke warm off chicken that just smelt vile. The others order was a cheese and been jacket. This was completely tasteless. We took the chicken and avocado back and the assistant argued that it had just been cooked. However he was not prepared to taste or smell it. We were offered a replacement but opted for just a jacket with avocado. Do not waste your money go elsewhere.

You can order pre-determined set salads, wraps, hot food, jacket spuds, protein shakes and yoghurts or build your own, exactly as you want on the screen and pay by contactless. If you don't log in but go straight to order, the computer will give you a celebrity name e.g. Thank you, Beyonce. Then they make the food fresh whilst you wait and call out your celeb name. Lovely friendly staff too. Fresh and fun with lots of high protein and vegan options. Loved my first salad so much, I immediately went back to get 2 more for dinner that evening. Brilliant- keep up the good work, guys.
