Kfc/ Taco Bell - Ellsworth

The tacos have become so small with very little filling and the shells now fall apart immediately upon opening the wrapper, if they aren't already broken in the bag. I really liked their tacos for many years, but they are now just awful and definitely not worth the increased price.

I will never go again. Over priced greasy chicken and poor customer service. They never get my order right.

I usually read negative reviews with some doubt but these negative reviews are accurate. Anyone leaving a positive review is either an employee (huh, maybe that's what the gal at the second window was doing on her phone while I waited for my order) ortheir kid works there. Owner/manager should really read and take these reviews seriously and review their hiring process. Iunderstand labor shortage is tough but there is definitely something else missing here. Have eaten here 10 times in past 6months. Every single order something was missing, order was wrong or was of poor quality.

This place was nasty and all the pop was gone and the food was wrong and the people were lazy. Not good. Very sad. The bathroom was an absolute disgrace! Somebody did an absolute paint job in the bathroom.

Years past KFC was always a nice spot to have a hot chicken sandwich or take a bucket to go with sides. The last few orders I paced the food was barely warm. Just this week I stopped into the lobby (the lobby was closed due to lack of employees, but Iwanted to talk to an employee in person) to order a large coleslaw to go as I drove around to the drive thru. And I mentionedthis to the employee. I asked if I could get a discount on coleslaw. So, at the window of the drive thru I did receive a seniordiscount of 10 percent. A little under rated for 3 previous barely warm food orders. When I arrived home the coleslaw containerwas one-third full. Could they spare some cabbage for the $5.00. Fast food places are continuing to close. This happened to theBurger King in Ellsworth. Will KFC be next?
