Ihop - Ellijay

I was in a bunch of IHOPs! I can only say, after I'm in here, they're not all the same! I am always looking for creative new menu elements, and was happy to find the poblano rice plate it was easy to find! The fact that I could have it with one side of waffles with strawberry compot was extra! Our server was friendly and checked for us only enough! The only thing I'm sad is it's been found on a road trip, which means I'm probably never gonna be back! But I will recommend it!

I ordered breakfast and was always happy, but I chose Steak tips. I seldom ordered med, and they came out well. Explains that they were overcooked and even talked to the cook. The next order came over. I hesitated to talk to a manager, but I felt bad that basically they had wasted a sentence of steak. Medium rare on steak tips is not the easiest to reach, so I thought it could be a learning opportunity. The manager was friendly and accommodating like the server and the chef. We never have to wait to get space, always have great service, and with the exception of this one visit, everything was great. Oh and surprisingly, the onion rings are crazy good.
