Ashford Junction Diner - ELLICOTTVILLE

Absolutely excellent! I was a bit comprehensible with all these 5 start reviews, but they were really well deserved. The hostess was friendly informative and provided great details on the numerous specials. It was difficult to select an option. I went with the Ruben Omelett, which was excellent. They won't be disappointed.

We loved this place so much we came the next day! The food was unbelievable (day 1 we had the Gian, a dish with cookies, cornberry hash, engraving and potatoes with onions and peppers, day 2 we had the Salty and Sweet, a huge buttery croissant bacon, egg and with fresh maple syrup with bacon bits). People were kind to talk fun and gave us great advice on what to do in the area. Also the place was really charming with a beautiful story behind it. Thank you for giving us the perfect start to our days of this trip!

Excellent food and feel a friendly hometown. Not many seats, but that makes it so cozy. Very unique specialties and great service! The best breakfast I ever had.

Go see Peggy and the family for a great dining experience!!! Super food specials... Reuben omelet, corned beef hash, unique games to keep you busy! Humor and hospitality and some history! We will be visiting again on our next trip to Ellicottville!!
