Zen Garden - Ellicott City

Another amazing meal with incredible portions! great service and it is amazing how these dishes are prepared. we have always eaten enough to take home for at least two more meals.

Overpriced, flavorless and one of the worst Chinese in the area. Order was screwed up, one additional meal added and one sauce left off. Had to call back after getting home to ask for a refund only to be offered a free dish next time! There won't be a next time and had to insist on the refund. Avoid this place at all costs. A frozen dinner from the grocery store would be 20x better and 70x less expensive.

Delicious food and fantastic service. The owner (I believe) was so welcoming and lovely. He didn't speak much English (and we don't speak any Chinese languages), so he asked a server to help interpret for us. A party seated next to us was celebrating and he was so lovely accommodating them. In the process he offered them a round of some sort of Chinese liqueur, he then stopped by our table and offered us the same (it was delicious). A little while after, they gave us a plate of jackfruit on the house. It's perfectly fresh and sweet. Really fantastic experience all around. We ordered the Garlic Sauce pork (yum), and the Dry Pot Lamb (very good, full of Sichuan peppercorn ma la goodness).

If you crave authentic Chinese cuisine, Zen garden won't disappoint you! Great environment and wonderful services, and the food are simply amazing!

Food is delicious for the most part. The chicken wonton soup was too salty to eat. They were extremely busy, so service was pretty bad. They made us use the app to order but forgot the last two dishes from the order. The fish soup with pickled cabbage was spicy and sooo amazing . The lamb with cilantro was also great.
