Pachanga Cocina - Ellicott City

I have never experienced the terrible service we had tonight! it needs new management and personal and it is terrible! we have often visited this restaurant, we loved the filled paprika, as naturally my father visited and after we praised him how good they were, he wanted to try them. we waited 10 minutes before someone wanted to order our drinks and then we knew what we wanted to eat so we wanted to give up the order. the waitress seemed to be preoccupied with others and we had to repeat what we wanted SEVERAL times! even after she had told her again and again, everything came out wrong. she couldn't even get as easy as a drink order right. we had to send back food and never got the stuffed paprika we originally got. we complained to the guy who seemed to be responsible and he began to take care of us, but then they can hear the girl who originally told us waiter that she was just too busy and made excuses because honestly there was hardly anyone there. Once we were ready to leave, we even saw the people at the table diagonal of us to mark them down and say we are ready to order at any time! wow. I doubt that I will ever come back here again, they have hardly done anything to correct the problem and even complain to us for additional items.

Great food, good atmosphere, good drinks. Order the chorizo fundido, it's not on the menu but a great appetizer

Very good happy hour. edit: service can be atrocious. 3 times asked for water, and it never arrived. the food is in a bit of a mountain, and forget to get her lick, unless they have 20 extra minutes to kill. pity, as this restaurant was great earlier.

After a hike to lunch. friendly staff, large outdoor space, I would have used a little more taste in my eating. the Cholula wings that were good had crispy, but something was overseen. my lunch was the chicken and spinach enchiladas. the plate looked fantastic, but it lacked taste and the hen was a little gumy.

Eating here is always good. there was a communication barrier between us and the server. the kitchen forgot to make someone eat, so we waited a long time for a court
