Where is the district manager? Nrha meetings this is one of the places they talk about not supporting cause this place is a mess ,no management

After Wendy’s claimed to be out of food we went to Taco Bell as a last minute resort. I was actually pleasantly suprised. The food was good for Taco Bell and the service was pretty good as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Customer service was good at this location. Looked like they may have been short staffed but that did not stop the team to making it a great experience.
