Pizza Hut - Ellensburg

Paid for a large pizza got a medium size pizza. They didn't have fountain drinks. No plates, forks, or knives. I'm very disappointed with the Pizza Hut in Ellensburg Washington

Ordered through Doordash. Their chicken alfredo had like 3 chicken cubes in it. ????

What happen to Ellensburg pizza hut?? I used to love to come here for dinner. We spent $50.00 for pizza and asked for parmesan packet. We were told me had to buy a whole shaker. Really.. Pizza was ok but not what it use to be. Probably won't ever go back.

Pizza Hut used to be a pizza restaurant! My husband and I love Pizza Hut pizza, eating it served at a table in the restaurant piping hot. Now you order the pizza, pay for it, and then eat it from a box in their abandoned restaurant semi-clean area that just happens to have some tables. No silverware, paper plate (if you request), no shakers of parm cheese, unless you purchase it extra, no fountain refillable drinks or even water! While eating you are made to feel like you are invading their space generally bothering them. Had same experience in Yakima, now Ellensburg! Don't worry, we will never bother you again! Pizza Hut has just gotten lazy are obviously on the way OUT OF BUSINESS! At this point the only way forward is to tear down your restaurant buildings, build small take out only facilities, and admit you are out of the restaurant business! Stop pretending! We do love your pizza, rebuild on that!!!

The small cheese pizza I ordered took over 30 minutes because they left 1 guy up front while 3 or 4 others where in the back. It was delicious but the amount of orders that were back up was ridiculous. I also hope to never walk in and see people touching everyone's food with out gloves on considering the obvious.
