Basalt - Ellensburg

What a wonderful addition to the restaurant and hotel offer of ellensburg. we came to dinner on Saturday of the laboratory. our server was wonderful. our service was incredibly slow. I know it was probably one of the busiest weekends, but we waited almost an hour before our appetizers showed up. fortunately we have met with related and not on a strict timeline. still that was too long to wait. we really enjoyed our food and the beautiful and original dishes and come back.

Meal adequate, do not escape as described on fresh sheet, elicited shrugs from server, no refill on water or drinks until I was ready to leave. I was there. 5. meal in basalt, in which we are regular with a group of 4 - not sure we are back

So nice. Staff great. Food was amazing. I highly recommend the mushroom ravioli.

We had 7:30 reservations on a Saturday. The menu is already pretty limited and they were totally out of 2 is their entrees (they only have 6), including out of the steak. Overpriced and not worth it.

Our server was a joy. he's been following us in a real time.
