The staff was amazing, all except “the manager” as she called herself but that doesn’t change the fact that the rest of the team was fun fast accurate and joyful. Teasing the younger boy he needed to eat more was my favorite part of the day he laughed and didn’t take offense so that was a plus (I wanted to adopt him haha) the energetic person with the loud smile and glasses making our subs definitely needs to be promoted I’ve never had someone so efficient that didn’t mess up my husbands order, she knew what she was doing and how to do it rightAs truckers we get treated like crud, but your staff made us feel like family (well all but the so called manager who wasn’t doing anything)Thanks allLots of blessingsT ? Stopped here yesterday on the way to Eli from Reno and it was the best location I’ve visited so far! My breakfast sandwich was perfection and stayed hot for over 30 minutes til I was near Wells. The morning staff was great and friendly! Thought they deserved a review since I didn’t have time to pass a comment to the owners. I’ll be back real soon..

This restaurant is not recommended for anyone looking for a place to stop for hot coffee or a meal. They do not have any bedrooms available, and it is not recommended for buying gas or diesel.

We are fans of Port of Subs, but unfortunately, the service at this particular location could be improved. During our last visit, the staff member was rushing us even though it wasn't very busy. When my husband asked her to slow down so he could focus on each of the four sandwiches he was ordering, she rolled her eyes and replied, "We make sandwiches quickly here." Every time I have visited this location, the same staff member has been rude - no greeting, no smile, minimal eye contact, and seems annoyed. I will no longer be patronizing this establishment as I refuse to support businesses with such poor customer service, especially when dining out is already expensive.
