Burger King - Elkhorn

Whoever the girl at the front counter was yelled at me for not having a mask and wouldn?t serve me. I probably would?ve put one on other than she had hers on her chin and most the staff. I don?t comply with people that don?t even follow their own rules

I have been to this location 6 times and NEVER had a good experience. They use small buns on the veggie burgers which don't even cover the pattie. They also used a small bun on a big fish. The wait TAKES FOREVER. Onions have been old a couple times. They are ALWAYS understaffed. Sometimes the staff is nice, sometimes they are rude. But there are never people in line when I come and it still takes a minimum 10 minutes to get my order, even when it is just 2 sandwiches. Whoever owns this place thinks they are saving money by understaffing but they are losing money by losing customers. I am done with this BK.

Wrong hours. no breakfast. not a dining room, eating or just home. not the Burger King with whom I grew up, what a shame.

Absolutely bad the king of burger I was already there. not my first experience at this place. Why do I stop? I drive a semi and this place houses big truck today. After several try to get the right sandwich, I finally threw the last sandwich away and ran out. have made similar experiences here. back to hardees 3 miles on the road.

Eating was okay, at least hot. but the person waiting for me looked like she just came out of the wash of the floors or something. you were getting dirty and revealed. Besides, she was a bit on the too friendly side as she communicated with me. I'll call hun and darling. not suitable for this type of situation. I felt a little uncomfortable?
