So mad an order at 7pm with website saying 1-1 1/2 hr delivery time. all acceptable. But at 9:00pm attempted to call restaurant and no answer. Called again at 9:30pm no answer. Called corporate they tried to call no answer. They said they would e-mail a claim form, never arrived. Call Credit card company next day, they tried to call no answer. They reversed charges. I should say that at 10:30pm driver shows up attempting to deliver. I refused it as I went to Taco Bell to get some food at 9:30pm ate it before they showed up 3.5hrs later. This place need new managers as they are horrible

Worst service ever! Took 1 1/2 hours to get order after they said 45 minutes. Ordered a pizza with 3 toppings, only had 1. Tried calling numerous times and the phone kept disconnecting. My husband ended up leaving and heading toward the restaurant since they had charged us and the pizza hadn 't came but they delivered before he made it there. Had he known at the time what horrible pizza it was, he would of continued there. Wish I could post pictures of the horrible pizza that they delivered. Ordered their Cheesy bread and got 4 pieces of extra garlicy bread that I couldn 't eat cause it was so strong. We gave them a 2nd chance (had terrible service a few years back/never got our order) but we will NEVER order or go to a Pizza Hut again!!! Save your time and money. Order from somewhere else that cares about their customers and their product.

I understand that the delivery business has increased since Covid 19 began but, waiting almost 2 hours for a pizza delivery is beyond unacceptable. Then when it finally gets to my home it 's cold and so greasy that the box is saturated. This has happened with my last two purchases. We have decided to order elsewhere. This is unfortunate, because we have chosen Pizza Hut over all others for years. So, now you 're with Papa John 's, No longer on my go to list!

Technically, this is my location, but I always seem to get a better pizza and better service at the location on Cassopolis so I pick-up instead of getting delivery. The last time I was in there, a customer had some sort of issue. There were two people at the counter. Both were helping her with her issue, while they left me standing there waiting. I 'm certainly not more important than another customer. But it seemed to me that one person helping her while the other kept pizzas heading out the door would make more sense.

Quite possibly the worst experience we've ever had in pizza delivery. We live approx. 10 minutes from this place, and it took 55 minutes to deliver. I'm not talking cooking time AND delivery, just delivery time. We were emailed that it went out for delivery at 4:14. at 5:10, it was delivered. Cold, and tasted like cardboard because of how long it sat in those boxes. We complained nicely to the driver, who said she would notify the manager, and he would call us. Of course, we never received a call, email, or anything. There are too many pizza places in this town to ever use this place again. Would not recommend, ever.
