Penn Station East Coast Subs - Elkhart

Ordered online, waited 15 minutes past my pickup time in the disgusting dining area, everything was sticky. Ordered a Philly with extra meat and cheese and recieved a 16 inch hot pocket for almost $20. I have no idea how this place has customers, definitely no repeat customers.Kid-friendliness: Definitely don't bring your kids, the dining room is not sanitary.

Came in here Sunday 1/14/23 for lunch. 3 people standing in the back talking while one person makes 4 sandwiches by herself.

Went inside and said I was hungry, and I kid you not, they fed me by hand, the most delicious chicken Caesar wrap I've ever had. Great customer service, I left without paying on accident.

My son and I had lunch here yesterday, service was great. He had a Italian wrap, I had a teriyaki chicken and we shared a large fry. He loved the wrap! Mine was a bit dry, but the fries were phenomenal! The only reason I gave 3 instead of 4 or even 5 is, every table was super sticky to the touch and they were out of ice for soft drinks.

Ate there last night.The black girl who took my payment had a nose ring, fake eyelashes and hair that looked like it hasn't been brushed in a month. What happened to appearance standards? The white girl started singing to the very loud music they had playing. Very unpleasant dining experience. I won't be back!!
