The soda machine has no ice or carbonation, and the workers are often standing around chatting instead of attending to customers. In addition, when checking on the delay, customers may find themselves needing to re-order due to confusion on the staff’s end. However, I did enjoy my sandwich.
I visited Warf restaurant yesterday evening (Wednesday the 15th) and ordered 3 food items and 1 shake. I received 3 burgers with meat and cheddar instead of the fish I had ordered. When I informed the staff that my order was incorrect, they were not apologetic and did not offer to fix the mistake. The customer service was lacking and I was disappointed with the experience overall.
20 minutes in drivethru, not inappropriate, but definitiw not good. I need more staff. worker on the window seemed like the only one next to a cook. order was correct minus the mozzarella sticks, I thought I would get marinara with him, but apparently they need to be requested. no ice in soda, that's just weird.
I went to the restaurant with my friend Johnny. I haven't been to Arby's in years. The curly fries were really good and my sandwich was amazing!
If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Don’t go to this location can never actually assure you’ll get to order. Have went to this location multiple times. Doesn’t seem like employees want to work ever, called while in drive thru and asked if they were open (had to call two times because first time they didn’t answer and let voicemail get it) and they said they were closing early because it was slow. Was only 8pm and they close at 10pm. Have went here a previous time at 1pm and said they couldn’t serve food because their manager wasn’t there.
