Otto's - Elkhart Lake

Waited 45 minutes. Canceled my pizza. Other 3 pizzas were not good. Kids each ate 1/2 slice, wife and daughter 1 bite. Waste of $80

This restaurant was really not great. We stayed the weekend at the ostoff and couldn't get it to its other restaurant any of the evenings. We were tired last night so rather than heading into town we decided to try Otto's.....the selection was poorwith really just pizza and burgers taking up the bulk of the menu. The kids menu was ok featuring the usual suspects you see onall kids menus. Would I come back probably not.

Please heed the negative reviews. I typically don't pay attention to them, but I wish I had this time! This was possibly the worst service I've ever experienced. Our waitress never checked on us—not once. We didn’t receive water, drinks, or even an inquiry about our food, which took an absurdly long time to arrive. The bartender was just as bad. I will never come back here again. Never.

The food was excellent and the service was great as well. The only downside for me was the absence of bread or complimentary appetizers.

My husband and I went out for dinner on a Friday night to enjoy some fish frys. The beer-battered cod was decent, and the French fries were also good, but nothing really stood out. The coleslaw had a sweet and sour flavor that didn't quite fit our taste. My husband ordered the perch, but it was lacking in flavor, and his potato seemed a bit stale, as if it had been prepared the day before. On the bright side, the service and atmosphere were excellent! However, the food could definitely use some improvement.
