Pizza Hut - Elk River

Didn't really taste good. I rather would have ate dog s off the side of the street. I would not recommend. I feel like over the years they have gotten way worst over the years.

I normally am not a fan of Pizza Hut, but some friends told us about this one, and it is pretty good.

The owner of this franchise needs to inspect this place and see how gross it is inside. went in tonight for a take order and wanted to leave but we don't live close to a pizza so getting pizza hut is supposed to be a treat to us. The lady managing the store said she would be right with me and a few minutes later came back to say she had forgot I was there. Ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks and she hands me 1 pizza and bread sticks. I told her I needed the 2nd pizza. There was so much sauce on the pizza we could have made 2 more pizzas. I watched a kit use his bare hands to pick up wings that fell on this dirty table to put them in a customer's box. so gross I got home and made something else to eat. I am not one to ask got refunds so I will write it up as a loss but when I finally got what use to be a treat to me I was so disappointed I will never go back. With as gross as the warmers are , the prep services this place needs a suprise health inspection and possibly a shut down and restart. I am searching for the franshise owner to let them know what is going on there and will write down all other stores the own and never go there until they clean that place up.

The pizza hut in elk river is horrible. Either your food takes double the time to be delivered then their said time and when it does arrives its normally cold, or they are quick about cooking it and delivery but is undercooked. Even just recently ordered a pizza took over 2.5 hrs called them and found out my order was lost or didn't go thru but yet was charged and was getting text messages about it being made and out for delivery. This place is a total joke.

I ordered pizzas to be delivered to a kids school..I needed 8 pizzas..EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!! Renee at the counter was very helpful and the delivery driver was ontime..GREAT SERVICE AND THANK YOU RENEE!!
