Mississippi Valley Grill - Elk River

I have a few things to mention. First off, don't be misled by the photos they showcase for this restaurant; what we saw in the pictures was not on the menu, nor was it even close! The restaurant is situated inside a hotel, but intrigued by what we found, we decided to give it a go anyway. Despite the discrepancy between the menu and the pictures, the food turned out to be quite good! I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries, while my wife opted for the fish and chips. Everything was served hot and fresh, and the fries were especially delicious! We enjoyed our meals, and the server was really friendly. I’d rate it a 4 out of 5, but the misleading images featuring steak and mashed potatoes gave a different impression of what to expect.

The menu had very few options, and I was hoping to try walleye, but it wasn't available this time. It was quite disappointing.

The Otsego River Riders Snowmobile Club holds its meetings here on the first Thursday of each month. The staff is wonderful, and management has been very welcoming to us.
