Starbucks - Elk Grove

Great location with a drive thru. Only downfall is that the drive thru moves at snail pace. I feel like the Starbucks employees here are very friendly and happier compared to other locations.

I absolutely adore Starbucks. It has always been one of my go-to coffee spots. I can't get enough of their White Chocolate Mocha in the mornings, especially when paired with a Bacon Cheddar sandwich. Although I wish they were more consistent in their drink preparations, they are always willing to remake it if needed. It seems like they can get overwhelmed with business at times, leading to some inaccuracies in drink measurements. The atmosphere is consistently clean and they always have a great selection of colorful cups in stock.

I requested my iced drink without any ice, but the employee gave me a cup that was only about a third full. I was surprised that I paid about 8 dollars for a drink that was less than half full. When I brought this to the attention of the employee, they tried to argue that the measurements are different when ice is added.

I don't know what to say as this is my first time commenting on starbucks, i drink starbucks every day, and i know how they make my water because i always add extra to my water i drank 1$, but today the water was really bland and i asked the staff again and she said she has added more and she seemed very upset when i asked and wanted to make my glass of water as good as ever day, i'm very sad but i will continue to drink starbucks every day.?

Too loud for me personally, we had to yell to hear over the noise and the loud music that was just bad! We are meeting elaewhere next month. That was exhausting. Foor expensive. Staff were pleasant. I do not like it when I am paying at checkout, and the machine asks me while I am standing in front of the cashier How much do I want to tip? How about Srarbucks pay their staff better and they won't need to solicit for tips in front of customers.
