First of all, the place had a very gloomy atmosphere—dark, empty, and lacking any warmth. Secondly, when I placed my order, instead of informing me that the potato wedges were unavailable, the waitress, who seemed completely disorganized, brought out some shoestring fries instead, which were totally different! Then, the soup we ordered came out cold. To top it all off, after our meal, I had to listen to her say "I'm sorry" a thousand times while she handled my leftover salty mozzarella sticks with her bare hands and put them in a container. I just can't!

Then, the soup we ordered arrived after our entrees—it was completely cold. To top it all off, after finishing our meal, the waitress repeatedly apologized but then picked up my leftover overly salty mozzarella sticks with her bare hands and placed them in a container. I just can't believe it!
