Ruby Tuesday - Elizabethtown

Pulled up for my to-go order in an empty parking lot. Called 5 times. No answer. Finally went inside. The assistant manager Danielle sat at a table in the corner and watched me stand here waiting for help. Finally someone noticed me in an empty restaurant with only two people at the bar. She told me I needed to go over to the door dash rack to get my CURBSIDE ORDER. I could see from where I was standing nothing was there. Asked her to find it for me. She did. Left because I was so upset from being ignored and the manager walking in the back. Get home. Half my food is missing. No wonder this place is dead on a Thursday night in a busy town.

Horrible. Worst food we have ever had. We paid and didn’t even eat our food. Nothing was offered and we had to go buy food elsewhere. My salmon had bones in it and was cold. My sides were cold and overcooked at the same time. My partner’s fries were hard as if they were fried again? I’m not sure. I’ve never had a worse food experience.

Very bad experience with Ruby Tuesday in Elizabethtown ky. Manager's were not very professional arguing in front of customers. Food was cold.

Good food but didn't have sauce for what the wife wanted
