If I were a zero. I ordered over the phone at 5:46, I went to pick up and when I came home I came to find, they gave me the wrong order, it was missing ripening and instead gave me kartoffels. I told my man to call, they told him to come, they would give him the ribs that were missing, we live about 15 minutes away, but I had to ask one so that he went back) he took the kartomas that we did not order, but the rest was in order so that he did not take it and never told us.) he called me when he came back and told me that they did not give themselves back. for the explanation that the rest was good, they said no. Today I asked for an order, but they didn't give me what I wanted. I asked for a combo, but they gave me only chicken and pork ribs. I called her back to complain to her that they only gave me chicken and pork ribs and the beans I asked for extra. In the end they owe me that it was my fault that they ask if we only want beans or rice etc. But the thing is that I wanted the combo with rice and French fries. And they wanted to make me look bad, just because I look younger. I'm 20 years old and I think these workers are good enough to serve in this restaurant. This is the last time I buy food at this restaurant. I like the food there, but no more and some foods taste bad they are not good at all. - Cheris

I lived in Elizabeth since 2001 and since then I’ve gone to this place. I know the owners are different and I also understand things are more expensive these days. However, I don’t understand why the food tastes different. The service is not the best. The cost are higher and the portions are much but much smaller. I was used to order a couple of trays and for a family of 4 would be more than enough and you would even had left overs for the following day. They took a great place that had one of the best Portuguese bbq and turned it in to a mediocre place that over charges for food. Also if you get pick up try to pay with cash because if you pay with CC they will make sure to include an extra fee along with forcing you to leave tip even if you don’t feel like doing it.

Place definitely a disappointment service sucks .placed a order and Waited 30min order never came out they totally forgot to put it in .. not my 1st encounter with bad service from here
