I don’t see how this place has good ratings and they don’t even deliver lunch?

They forgot to pack the sauce that goes with the sweet and sour chicken. I called them and asked them about it. The lady took accountability confirming she forgot to pack it, she apologized, told me to put a $2 refund through door dash, and thanked me. I was upset but my son tried the chicken (because there wasn’t any sauce on it) and he enjoyed it. That’s saying a lot because my son is a very picky eater. They seem like very good genuine people and I will certainly order from here again. I’ll just call ahead and ask them to please double check and not forget anything.

The food is always fantastic and by far the best anywhere in the area. The couple that owns/runs the place are both super nice and go above and beyond on the customer service side. The only downside is that they don't deliver but this place is definitely worth the drive.

Went there for the first time as my normal go to chinese place was closed. The guy there was so friendly and kind. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. Plus they have parking in front. This will be my new go to spot for great chinese food.
