Dunkin' - Elizabeth

One would expect that a franchise would serve coffee with consistent flavor and preparation across all locations. Unfortunately, this is not the case at this particular branch. On five separate occasions, I tried to order the same coffee that I have enjoyed at other Dunkin' Donuts locations, but this branch just can't seem to get it right. I'm perplexed by this inconsistency.

I recently visited this Dunkin' Donuts again and ordered a coffee without sugar. Unfortunately, it came with sugar. In a rush, I also ordered a drink for my daughter and a donut. To my disappointment, the donut had sand on it, making it look like it had fallen on the ground and been put back in the bag. The rating of 3.9 is a shame. I hope I do not have to return to this location. Despite being a neighbor, I would rather go elsewhere as it was a disgusting experience. I would give this place zero stars.

I was extremely disappointed to find a fly in my coffee at this restaurant. It was very unsanitary and left me feeling disgusted. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment.

This is for the location on Bayway Circle, Elizabeth, NJ. There griddle cheese sandwich, snackin bacon and medium hot tea with three lemons and sweet is very tasty. I don't have to do anything to my drink, it is perfect! I am very impressed with this location. Thank you very much for your excellent, professional, quick and friendly service.

I went today at 2:00 am to buy a wrap and a bagel and they tell me that at that time they don?t serve cooking food just donuts and driks ???????????. Always it?s something in here.
