Big Daddy's Pizza - Elizabeth City

This is the 3rd time I have ordered food and it’s either wrong or missing. First time I ordered there they didn’t place the carrot cake in the bag, told me the would credit me (still haven’t picked up) 2nd time I listed no mayo on my steak and cheese. Put mayo up there. 3rd time I ordered a carrot cake it’s not in the bag! I’m sorry but when you live 20 min away and you tell me what well if you want it I can have it ready. No I don’t. I want it done correctly the first time and for someone to actually do there job. I will not be ordering from here again. When you spend the kind of money we spend there to feed a family of 5 I expect it to be double checked. This is ridiculous

I have been going to Big Daddys for a long time and only one time I had a very bad experience. the sad part was I had my family from out of town visiting.

Had been going a lot recently in the past few months. Even had a birthday party there for my 8 year old son. And we went there on Sunday around noon every week. Spent on average of $50 to $60 each visit. But it was worth it because the food was great. Until the last visit. We ordered lunch and that included 2 medium pizzas with pepperoni and sausage. Had almost a whole pizza left so we brought it home. Later that day when my son tried to heat up a piece, he found a razor blade underneath the cheese and pepperoni. It was backed into the pizza. My wife called to tell them about it and complain but their response was pretty much we don 't have razors in our restaurant and said they would look into it. NEVER heard back from them. Pretty much consider this a severe lack of caring or attention to a dangerous situation. Have been asked by numerous people who come to EC to visit about going there to eat and my response is DON T. They apparently don 't care about safety or even customer service for their patrons. I didn 't ask for anything back from them but they basically didn 't offer anyway. My son could have cut his mouth or throat very badly and they just acted like it was impossible.
