Kfc Hubyeni - Elim

The service at this restaurant is excellent, but if you go there late, there is a high chance that your meal will be served cold. I went there after 10:00 pm and everything was lukewarm and half-dry.

I received outstanding service at this restaurant. I had placed an order online and paid in advance before arriving at the location, only to discover that the item I ordered was out of stock. The supervisor politely asked me to consider an alternative choice, as they were unable to refund me the difference. When I was about to pay the difference for a more expensive item, the supervisor waived the additional charge, stating that it wasn't my fault. I believe the supervisor handled the situation exceptionally well and deserves recognition for their professionalism.

I had to wait longer than expected for my food, and the quality wasn't as good as other KFC locations I have visited. However, the service was satisfactory.

KFC Hubyeni, excellent service ALL the time. Just love the customer service I received there.
